The Crafted Prints is a family-owned, art marketplace that supports a growing community of artists around the world. Every purchase is made-to-order just for you, and each order financially pays artist(s) and/or a non-profit. We are obsessed with providing you with the highest quality prints, packaged in a way that is both sustainable and highly protective. Our hope is that you love your purchase(s), but if you happen to experiencing any issues, we are happy to help.
Return Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (including weekends).
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Any items purchased at a discount via a promo code or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are not available.
Starting a Return
To submit a return request, contact our team at hello@thecraftedprints.com and include the order information for which you’d like to make a return. Please use your order number as the subject line.
Return Process
Our team will provide return instructions that must be followed to ensure the print(s) are returned safely. Once received, our team will inspect the print(s) to ensure they’re free of damage — including free of scratches, creases, stains, etc. Print(s) must be in the same condition as when they left our studio. If they arrive to our team damaged and are not reusable, a refund will not be issued. The return print(s) must be received damage-free in order for our team to provide you with a partial or full refund.
After we receive your return and confirm the print(s) are free of damage, our team will process your refund (minus any original shipping fees) within 14 days of receipt.
