Once orders are received it can take up to 3-4 business days for your order to be produced and shipped.

+ Once shipped, how long until I receive my order?

International Destinations - In some cases, orders can experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time (i.e. due to COVID delays, border/customs review times, etc.), which depends entirely on the courier.

 

+ Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

We do allow you to cancel or modify your order within 1-hour of your order placement. Simply email our team at hello@thecraftedprints.com with the subject including your order number and let us know that you'd like to cancel or modify your order.

We work with artists from all over the world, and we give them full authority over their artworks. This includes which pieces they offer and at what price tier. This creates diversity in the pricing options throughout our site (with prices ranging from highly affordable to moderately priced), honoring both you and the artists we support.
