The Crafted Prints is a family-owned, art marketplace that supports both emerging artists and non-profits. We are beyond obsessed with providing you with the highest quality products, packaged in ways that will ensure safest travels. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from us, because we honor your support and the encouragement that provides our team.

Return Window + Process

If you'd like to return part or the entirety of your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your purchase being delivered to you and we will provide you with a return ID, as well as return instructions. If a return is requested outside of this 7-day window, The Crafted Prints has the right to decline your right to a return.

Our return window is 7-days due to every purchase paying both our artists and non-profits. They receive a percentage of every sale, and we pay them promptly at the top of each month. Our return window allows us to avoid artists needing to pay back money received (in the case one of their pieces is returned), and to ensure they're paid in a reasonable timeframe.

If you'd like to initiate a return within our 7-day window, please email us at hello@thecraftedprints.com and provide your order number in the subject line of your email.

Return Shipping Costs + Item Condition

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be received in original packaging and be in original condition. Returns must meet these criteria in order to be accepted.

Final Sale Items

All products purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price (via a discount code) are final sale. We guarantee that product images are true to the item(s) you will receive.
